Assistant Business Management

In the process of further growth we are currently looking for a positive minded and motivated person to assist the new Senior Business Manager it the daily business. This includes the following duties:

  • Support the of Senior Business Manager in the daily tasks
  • Assisting in portfolio and relationship management (related to investments, real estate, charity, etc.)
  • Preparation of presentations, documentations, etc.
  • Support in research and due diligence activities
  • Several reporting tasks on a regular basis
  • Various administrational work
  • Participation in varied projects
  • Booking of travel arrangements, housing, etc.
  • Close collaboration with the internal stakeholders

 

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person who provides the following skillset:  

  • Commercial apprenticeship, eventually completed by a CAS/Bachelor or similar
  • Several years of experience in an administration/supporting function in the financial industry
  • Excellent language skills in English (German is a big plus)
  • Excellent IT-skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Diligent, open-minded and flexible team player
  • Can-do attitude with proactivity
  • Curiosity for new ideas and input
  • Pleasant personality with international and discreet mindset
