My client is an internationally operating company with its office near Zug. Following the further growth of the team I am seeking a new colleague as the

HR Generalist 80 %

Within a small team of professionals you will be taking over the following tasks:

  • General HR-administration from A-Z
  • Updating various HR-systems
  • Writing work certificates in English and German
  • Supporting the Head of HR in her daily business
  • Responsible for the accuracy of HR files 
  • Coordination of work permit issues with local authorities
  • Various ad hoc tasks

In order to comply with the expectation of my client your skill set includes the following: 

  • 3-5 years of proven HR experience within an international organisation (mandatory in Switzerland)
  • Excellent skills in German and English, any other language is a plus
  • Good MS office skills
  • Can-do attitude with high level of independence and motivation
  • Detail oriented and accurate working style 
  • Hands-on and pragmatic attitude
